Media History and Text Theory

Expected learning outcomes

The students shall acquire a basic knowledge about the social history of the media (with an emphasis on the history of the media in Norway). The students shall also know the typical structures and genres of today's digital media, as well as having established a critical understanding of common terminology about modern information technology and digital media.
