- COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) is one of the longest-running European instruments supporting cooperation among scientists and researchers across Europe .

Calls for proposals/research funding/ research cooperation
- Partner Search in EU projects: to find the right partners in a project can be a daunting exercise for those who do not already have a well developed network of research institutions and other partners. At the same time the right partners are often crucial to forming a successful project consortium, which is perhaps the most important prerequisite for the success of the EU project. It is therefore established different Partner Search Services that may be of help. Read more (see Section 9/2012)
- Partner Search EEA Grants: A database for partner search has been created to help research institutions to find partners. The Norwegian Research Council is coordinating the Norwegian participation in all programs of research funded by the EEA Grants. Read more .
- EU calls for proposals for 2013 is ready. The latest calls in EU's 7th Framework Programme is now posted online. This is the biggest announcement ever in the Framework Programme, with more than 60 billion Norwegian kroner in the pot. Read more.
