Software for remote support
Here you will find a program that you can download and run to allow for a remote support connection to your computer. This is useful if you need help with software or changing some settings, and can't come personally with your computer.
The program is called TeamViewer, and is also available for download from www.teamviewer.com .
All you have to do is download and run this program, and supply the ID and password to the one who will help you.
