Before departure
Planning

Application
You will find the application form on the International Office's web page. The application deadline is 15 February (for autumn semester) and 15 September (for spring semester).

The courses you will take at the host institution must be pre-approved from GUC before you leave. You can find the pre-approval form
here
. This form should be signed by the study programme director. Please contact them (or the International Coordinator at the faculty) for advice regarding choosing courses.
Language requirements
Check out whether the host institution requires a language test. If you are required to sit an English test, the
IELTS
and
TOEFL
tests are usually accepted by our partner institutions. If you are going through our exchange programmes, there is usually no language requirement.
Finances
Quota students can get additional funding through Lånekassen. Please ask the International Office for more information regarding this. You may be eligible for additional funding through our Erasmus programmes as well.
