Current students

Are you currently a GUC student that would like to go abroad for either a semester or a year? As a GUC student you have a lot of opportunities to go through one of our partner institutions. You can find a list of these partner institutions under "where can I go?". If you are a quota student, you can get adittional funding for travel and/or tuition fees - if this is required. For advice regarding studying abroad, please contact the international office.

It's a good idea to start your planning early, so that you can get to know the education institutions abroad that might be relevant for you. What semester you can go on exchange and to which partner institution may vary between study programmes. Please note that you cannot go abroad the first year, you will have to pass 60 ECTS credits before you can go.

How to apply?

Please hand in the application for studying abroad  at the international office before 15th of February (if you are applying for going abroad in autumn semester) or 15th of September (if you are applying for goiing abroad spring semester). After the deadline, the international office together with the study programme director will process your application. We evaluate your grades, credit production, language skills and personal characteristics. If your application gets approved, the process towards applying to the host institution will start. International office will help you with this, although if you choose to go to an institution that GUC doesn't have an agreement with, you'll have to do most of the job yourself.
