Expected learning outcomes

The course will give the students fundamental understanding of important technical and social aspects of modern information technology.
By participating in group excerises and projects the students will gain a deeper understanding of selected topics in the course.
Through project work the students will learn to cooporate, make plans and to follow those plans.

The person responsible for the course will grade both projects and the written exams
An external examiner will be used in addition for the written exams every fourth year, next will be in 2011
