- will have an in-depth understanding of computational and forensic sciences.
- will be able to apply the results of computational and forensic sciences in various applications.

On concluding the course, candidates
- will be able to collect, analyze and discuss previously published research results in the field of computational forensics.
- will be able to identify, plan, prepare and conduct independent research in computational forensics.
- will be able to formulate specific requirements for a given forensic problem and propose an appropriate solution.
- will be able to predict and judge the performance of a proposed solution method.
General Competence:
On concluding the course, candidates
- will be able to assess the nature of a problem at hand and determine whether a particular computational forensic technique can solve it.
- will strengthen their ability to work with the original scientific literature.
