Expected learning outcomes

The students will acquire knowledge in the field of:
 - Production, costs estimation and economy control and how these topics are related to each other.
 - Detecting problems and finding the appropriate solutions in terms of technical, economical and marketing aspects.
 - Developing a business strategy according to a business plan and calculating the appropriate budget.

 Draw up budget for an enterprise, a department and a cost center.
 Draw up a budget for sales activites.
 Costs calculation per hour.
