Realistic cases form the basis for essays and group assignments. Literature and statutory law serve as tools for solving the cases.

Each part must be individually approved of.Case number 2 will count for 40% of the final grade.

Coursework Requirements

Two cases must be deemed of sufficient quality in order for the student to take the exam.
