Students will gain insight into the most important legal regulations associated with copyright law and related rights.
The course will cover copyright law and related rights protecting music, film, photographies and computer programs. It will also be focused on the copyright organisations and the different contracts. A summary on juridical methods and the seeking and finding process will also be given.

Realistic cases form the basis for assignments. Literature and statutory law serve as tools for solving the cases.
