The economic section
The economic section is responsible for financial control and management at GUC. The section is also responsible for management, cleaning and maintenance of constructions and buildings. The section is located in the C-building, entrance from the canteen.
The economic section is responsible for the following tasks:
- Put together the budget for GUC
- Receive and control forms for wages and fees
- Receive and control invoices
- Receive and control travel invoices
- Receive and control payment of other outlays
- Management, cleaning and maintenance of constructions and buildings
